Our lab studies the function of T cells in an influenza model in mice. One of our target T cell groups are those expressing CD11a. In order to analyze these cells further, we need to be able to identify the CD11a cells, so we chose a very bright antibody. The antibody is efficient and clear.

Cells were stained in 100 µL FACS buffer with antibody at 1:100; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100 µL FACS buffer.
