Our lab studies the function of T cells in an influenza model in mice. One of our interests is studying the proliferation of these T cells under different treatments. We chose this antibody because it’s bright and allows us to see any changes in Ki67 expression. The antibody is bright and stable.

Mouse lung cells
Cells were stained in 50 µL Perm buffer with antibody at 1:100; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100 µL FACS buffer.
