Our lab studies the function of T cells in an influenza model in mice. In order to study these T cells, we need bright antibodies that help divide the cells into different types. We chose this antibody because it’s bright and allows us to characterize different T cell types in our sample. The antibody is efficient and clear.

Cells were stained in 100 µL FACS buffer with antibody at 1:100; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100 µL FACS buffer.
