Our lab studies the function of T cells in an influenza model in mice. In some of our models, we are interested in the life cycle of the T cells after different treatments. Since this is an intracellular stain, we wanted to choose something bright. This antibody is bright and stable.

Cells were stained in 50 µL Perm buffer with antibody at 1:50; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100 µL FACS buffer.
