Our lab studies the function of T cells in an influenza model in mice, and to do so we use various genetically modified mice. For some of our studies we need to identify cells that express the Va2 TCR. Since we expect these to be abundantly expressed, we chose a dimmer antibody for our samples. The antibody is efficient and clear.

Cells were stained in 100 µL FACS buffer with antibody at 1:100; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100 µL FACS buffer.
