Results Summary

Human PBMC were stimulated with pIC overnight and activation on dendritic cells (CD11c+MHC-II+) was measured using anti-CD80 BV421. Blue histogram: unstimulated; orange histogram: pIC. The antibody is bright enough to be used at a 5x lower test size than recommended (1 µL instead of 5 µL) and results in a dynamic signal.
