Experimental Design and Results Summary

Application

Fluorescence Microscopy

Starting Material

AGS gastric cancer cell line

Protocol Overview

(1) Add the pre-warmed (37°C) probe-containing medium and incubate the cells for 30 minutes. (2) Replace the loading solution with fresh medium and observe the cells using a fluorescence microscope fitted with the correct filter set.

Tips

Ensure the cells are sufficiently stained by carrying out a pretest for the incubation time of the cells in medium containing the dye.

Results Summary

The images obtained are specific with little or no background noise detected.
