As an immunologist, we heavily rely on flow cytometry for most experiments. Having the BD Celesta in our lab has greatly facilitated our research to perform multi-color flow cytometry. Routine experiments can easily be done by analyzing 12 colors. Using the Blue, Red, Violet (BVR) configuration we are able to cover most common flourophores. I recommend this product.
