This kit was used to measure Gs signaling via cAMP in mutated GLP-1 receptor-transfected HEK cells after stimulation with GLP1. It is easy to use and the results are reproducible.

HEK cells
HEK cells were transfected with mutated GLP-1 receptors. Cells were then incubated and then stimulated with GLP 1. The kit reagents were then applied according to manufacturer specifications and the results were read on a plate reader.
Reagents were pipetted with a multi pipette to ensure precise results.
A replicable dose-dependent curve showing increasing cAMP production with increasing levels of GLP-1 was generated with this system.
