Protocol Overview

In the instrument, there will be a door in the top and a gel carrying tray at the bottom. Open, drag and place the gel in the gel-carrying tray, then insert the tray back to its original place. Turn ON the EPI-White button for the white light then from the top door adjust your gel to proper position. Close the door and press TransUV for visualizing your DNA bands.

Tips

After use, clean the gel-carrying tray with MilliQ Water to prevent the TAE or TBE salt getting deposited.
