CellLight® Lysosomes-RFP, BacMam 2.0, provides an easy way to label lysosomes with red fluorescent protein (RFP) in live cells. Simply add the reagent to your cells, incubate overnight, and the cells are ready to image in the morning.
Live cell imaging
Cultured HeLa cells
We add 5 µl of the reagent to each well of the 6-well plate the night before we do the imaging.
Use the amount recommended by the manual. Need to optimize the time for optimal expression level and signal.
Nice RFP signal and correct localization showing the morphology of typical lysosomes.
