Our lab studies the function of T cells in an influenza model in mice. In order to select these T cells for further downstream analysis, we need a very good and reliable CD3 marker. We chose this antibody because it’s bright and stable and we are confident that it will work within all our samples.

Cells were stained in 100 µL FACS buffer with antibody at 1:100 for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100 µL FACS buffer.
