Our lab studies the function of T cells in an influenza model in mice. To do so, we use different genetic strains of mice to look at how T cells function in different environments. Therefore, we need a good marker for our wild-type CD45.2 mice. This antibody allows us to parse out the CD45.2 cells from those of any other genetically modified strains.

Cells were stained in 100 µL FACS buffer with antibody at 1:100 for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100 µL FACS buffer.
