We are using a number of antibodies in a multiparameter flow cytometry panel for the phenotyping of NK cells. Our research is focused on a subpopulation of NK cells which is specifically found after infection with Cytomegalovirus and can be defined by the combinatorial expression pattern of a number of markers. This antibody gives a very bright staining of CD7 on NK cells.

PBMCs were stained in 50 µl for 15 min at room temperature, washed with 130 µl PBS/BSA and acquired on a BD LSR Fortessa II. Figure shows cells gated on Lymphocytes/Single Cells/Viable CD14- CD19- cells.
Very bright staining
Good antibody. Gives very bright staining of CD7 on NK cells.
