We are using a number of antibodies in a multiparameter flow cytometry panel for the phenotyping of NK cells. Our research is focused on a subpopulation of NK cells which is specifically found after infection with Cytomegalovirus and can be defined by the combinatorial expression pattern of a number of markers. This antibody shows clear and specific staining of ILT2 on NK cells.
