Caveolae (also known as plasmalemmal vesicles) are 50–100 nM flask-shaped membranes that represent a subcompartment of the plasma membrane. Caveolin-1 (Cav-1), a major structural protein of caveolae located on the surface of the cellular membrane, has been reported to modulate inflammatory responses by binding to CD26 in T cells. This Santa Cruz antibody is one of the best to detect caveolin-1 expression by western blot.

This Santa Cruz antibody is one of the best to detect caveolin-1 expression by western blot. I would highly recommend cav-1 (sc-53564) for immunoblot.
Mouse monoclonal Cav-1 antibody from Santa Cruz is a good antibody for western blots.
I would highly recommend this antibody for immunoblot.
