Our aim was to determine the expression of Setdb1 in mouse epithelial cells. Phalloidin was used to define the cells under fluorescence.

Results Summary

Protocol for phalloidin was followed according to manufacturer's instructions. The stain gave a nice color to the cytosolic region in contrast to Setdb1 expression detected in the nucleus.
