1:1000 dilution in 5% milk, overnight at 4 degrees celcius
5% normal goat serum in 5% non-fat milk
Goat anti-mouse- Alexa 488 in 5% non-fat milk ans 1X TBS

We were able to clearly detect myelin in the spinal coeds of mice with this antibody.
