I use this antibody in flow cytometry assays to detect CD8+ T cells. In my experience the antibody works well and stains CD8+ cells very specifically. The signal is very bright, and it can fit into many panels due to its unique emission spectrum. However when used in a panel containing a PE antibody it will produce some spreading which may be difficult to compensate.
