This anti-CXCR6 (CD186) antibody was tested in order to establish a panel to describe and distinguish peripheral blood lymphocytes (from human PBMCs). We are particularly interested in the innate compartment of lymphocytes. CXCR6 is a chemokine receptor, also known as CD186, is used as a marker for activated and memory T lymphocytes in this panel.
