This anti-CD19 antibody was tested in order to establish a panel to describe and distinguish peripheral blood lymphocytes. We are particularly interested in the innate compartment of lymphocytes, and use bright CD20 and CD19 recognizing antibodies to identify and exclude B lymphocytes. CD19 BV605 used at 1:50 dilution, on freshly isolated human PBMCs.
