Our lab is interested in studying the T cells that are involved in the clearance of mouse influenza virus. We are curious about their metabolic changes while clearing the infection so we used the marker CD71. We chose this antibody because it’s very bright and should allow us to see any changes that may occur.

Cells were stained in 100uL FACS buffer with antibody at 1:100; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.
