Our lab is interested in studying the T cells that are involved in the clearance of mouse influenza virus. CD5 is expressed on T cells and we are interested to see if that expression changes at all in different mouse populations or under different experimental settings. This antibody is nice and bright so we can more easily see any potential changes.

Mouse cells
Cells were stained in 100uL FACS buffer with antibody at 1:100; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.
