Our lab is interested in studying the T cells that are involved in the clearance of mouse influenza virus. Specifically we are looking at the effector functions of those T cells and how different treatments and experimental settings change the effector expression of markers such as KLRG1. This antibody is stable and bright enough for our use.

Mouse cells
Cells were stained in 100uL FACS buffer with antibody at 1:100; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.
