Our lab studies the roll of T cells in the clearance of influenza virus and memory functions. To do any analysis of these T cells, we need a reliable CD8 T cell marker that clearly defines this population. We chose this antibody because it’s bright without extra background stain.

Cells were stained in 100uL FACS buffer with antibody at 1:100; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.
