Used to examine human tumor infiltrate. Cell suspension was used in a 24-well plate at 2-4 million cells/well. Added antibody in flow buffer at 1:100. Used anti-human CD3 to isolate NK cells from lymphocyte population. Staining is not the cleanest, but still clear.
