Company:

ThermoFisher

Product Name:

Anti-Mouse MHCII (I-A/I-E) Alexa Fluor 700

Catalog Number:

56-5321-82

This antibody was selected as part of a panel studying innate immune responses to RNA viruses. The goal of this work is to determine the ability of the innate immune system to function against viral infection when various innate immune sensors are missing. MHCII is used to identify APCs in mixed cell populations. This antibody had been used previously from eBioscience and now from ThermoFisher.

Results Summary

This sample was a positive control sample where all cells were expected to express MHCII. There was a clear separation between the stained sample, isotype control, and unstained samples. This antibody allows further analysis of isolated primary cells.
