RNA isolated from tissues or cells, RT mastermix is prepared according to manufacturers instructions, RT reaction goes 1 hour at 37C followed by a 5 minute enzyme deactivation step at 95C
Load as much RNA as possible (up to 1ug) and dilute resulting cDNA to make reactions last long (more PCR reactions)
