In this project the phenotyping of immune cells in murine skin and lymph node was investigated. The immune cells were attracted and activated by injected extracellular vesicles from mature murine dendritic cells. CD5 was one of many markers in our analysis.

This antibody gives specific and strong signals on frozen-tissue sections with little background (skin tissue). Publishable results!
