The general focus of my work is to analyze the response different cell types in mouse lungs after pulmonary bacteria infection. We used this antibody to label a subset of iNKT cells from mouse lung tissue.

1:200 for 20 minutes on ice

24G2 in 3% BSA in PBS for 10 minutes on ice prior to staining in 3% BSA

Results Summary

This antibody gives specific staining of CD49a on iNKT cells. The population of CD49a+ cells is bright and clearly separated. We tested several different fluorophores, and consistently use BV711 for this marker.
