Our laboratory studies T Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (T-ALL), a cancer of developing T cells. In order to examine the composition and organization of the tumor microenvironment, our lab utilizes a wide variety of markers to identify specific cellular subsets of the tumor microenvironment. We picked this antibody for immunofluorescence imaging knowing that it would characterize the architecture of the tumor microenvironment in T-ALL in our mouse model. I used an anti-CD45.2 antibody to identify immune cells that were injected into a CD45.1 congenic host.

This is an amazing stain! If you are looking in the spleen, thymus, or lymph node, it is super obvious what is a positive or negative stain. If you are looking at some non-lymphoid organs, then I would not recommend it.

Great in lymphoid organs! Super bright and very abundant
would not recommend for single cell identification in a non-lymphoid organ
Great antibody that I used all the time
