Our lab was interested in the investigation of the activation of ADAM proteases and their substrates (Notch 2 and 3) in inflammatory skin diseases like psoriasis, pyoderma gangrenosum and ulcus cruris. This antibody was used to study the Notch-2 expression in human inflammed skin tissue by direct immunfluorescence.

Results Summary
