In this project the phenotyping of immune cells in murine skin and lymph node was investigated. The immune cells were attracted and activated by injected extracellular vesicles from mature murine dendritic cells. This antibody was used to study the Ly6G-expression in murine spleen tissue by direct immunfluorescence.
