Our lab was interested in the investigation of the activation of ADAM proteases and their substrates (Notch 2 and 3) in inflammatory skin diseases like psoriasis, pyoderma gangrenosum and ulcus cruris.. This antibody was used to study the Notch-3 expression in human skin tissue (psoriasis) by direct immunfluorescence.
