For production, we perform daily amplifications and sequencing reactions using thermal cyclers. We have been using several of these PCR machines with a great easy of use. With all the PCR machines I've used over the years this is one of the easiest to use. Very easy to create several programs and share these with other machines. A very clear screen and an easy to use menu.
