We use this kit for transforming mRNA isolated from any tissue into cDNA. We usually work with mRNA isolated from murine tissues such as brain, liver, pancreas, etc. but it can used for any isolated mRNA.

Extracted mRNA
It is very easy to follow the manufacturer's instructions. Briefly, we first incubate mRNA with dNTPs and oligodTs and next perform the reaction with the Superscript enzyme and the RNaseOUT. At the end there is a third step with the enzyme RNaseH.

The amount and quality of cDNA is really good, but it always depend on the quality of the mRNA extracted
