Our research is focused on enhancing CD8+ T cell functionality for immunotherapeutic purposes. We were interested in delineating effector subsets of CD8+ P14 transgenic T cells based on KLRG1 expression after LCMV infection in mice. This antibody is very reliable and provides robust data by flow cytometry.
