Product Name:

Alexa Fluor® 700 anti-mouse CD3 Antibody

Catalog Number:

I've used this antibody in a number of flow cytometry assays in mouse samples. I've always produced good results with this antbody. The only issue I have with it is when doing fix-perm assays this antibody tends to give a high background staining, but it is still possible to distinguish positive and negative populations. In unfixed samples the staining is always excellent with very little background.
