The aim of this experiment was to determine apoptotic cells via the detection of Annexin V and PI. The BD FACS Canto II was recommended by colleagues.
Flow Cytometry
Turn the machine on first, before turning the computer on. Perform Fluidics Startup if you are first person using the machine and Fluidics Shutdown when you are the last person. There is no need to perform wash step between samples as it is automatically done.
Wash for 5 min with bleach and 5 min with water when experiment is completed.
