CD16 isolation is important for our studies looking at monocyte/macrophage function in vitro. These beads provide an easy and reliable way of isolating this cell population from human PBMCs.
Cell isolation/positive selection of cells

Isolate PBMCs, count cells, pellet cells then resuspend in appropriate volume of MACS buffer according to protocol, add magnetic beads and incubate at 4*C for 15 minutes, run over magnetic column.
Titrate beads to optimize the actual amount of beads needed
