Our lab routinely performs multicolor flow cytometry on immune cells which requires FcR block to prevent non-specific staining of cells with FcRs. This reagent has proven to be useful and reliable in that matter.

Collect and wash cells, incubate cells in FcR reagent at 1:1000 dilution on ice for 20-30 minutes, wash, perform downstream staining protocol for flow cytometry.
