We do a lot of NK cell detection. We wanted to test a few CD56 antibodies and find the "best" one which would give us the easiest resolution of NK cells from other lymphocytes (see my other reviews). This product was chosen because PE-Cy7 is a bright fluorochrome and is available on our cytometer.

Results Summary

The resolution of NK cells (shown in purple) from other lymphocytes was OK, but not great. We also saw quite a lot of ?non-specific positive signal on monocytes (shown in green) which made it harder to resolve the NK cells.
