We do a lot of NK cell staining. We needed a good CD56 antibody that gives us a good resolution of CD56(dim) from CD56(bright) and also from CD56(negative). We chose this antibody because PE is supposed to be a bright fluorochrome.

The results show the NK cells clearly separated from other leukocytes. We can see a small CD56(bright) population. It was easy to gate on NK cells (purple).
