To elucidate the endothelial properties of the endothelial subsets obtained from OP9- hPSC coculture, we studied endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS or NOS3) production in response to simvastatin, an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor known to upregulate eNOS. Following incubation with Simvastatin, we performed immunofluorescence to check for expression of eNOS.
