We have identified a class of ATPase inhibitors that show promise for treatment of ovarian cancer. We are currently evaluating what mechanisms, if any, may lead to resistance to theses ATPase inhibitors. We are measuring changes in protein expression in an animal model of drug resistance. I chose this product because I have come to find that Proteintech provides reliable antibodies.

Chemiluminescence substrate for HRP-labeled secondary antibodies
Clear bands at 110kDa (predicted size) for Rb1 (lower band on image). Also observed a higher molecular weight band. Based on discussions with others, identifying a clear correct sized band for Rb1 on the first attempt is good (other antibodies against Rb1 may be less specific).
