We have identified a class of ATPase inhibitors that show promise for treatment of ovarian cancer. We are currently evaluating what mechanisms, if any, may lead to resistance to theses ATPase inhibitors. We are measuring changes in protein expression in an animal model of drug resistance. I chose this product because there was an option to try a trial before purchase, and because I prefer mouse monoclonal antibodies.

Overall good antibody, didn't require any optimization. Observed clean bands on the first blot.

I prefer more concentrated antibodies, this is ~200ug/ml
Overall good antibody, I'm not typically a fan of SCBT but this was a good purchase.
