Detection of phosphorylated Src proteins is important in cell signaling research. The levels of phosphorylated Src usually are determined against corresponding levels of "total" Src in western blots. This rabbit antibody nicely detects "total" Src proteins in human tumor cell lysates and appears to be specific and sensitive.
