This is a very good repeater pipettor from Eppendorf.
In routine laboratory work, it's always present and used for pipetting low viscosity solutions, such as diluted antibodies.

Protocol Overview

Push and hold the operating lever while inserting the tip. Select the dispensing volume using selection dial. Immerse the tip into the solution to be aspirated and pull the filling lever slowly up as far as it will go. To reverse stroke, push the operating lever and trigger a reverse stroke. Push the operating lever slowly as far as it will go. To eject the tip, empty the tip pushing the filling lever down. Push the operating lever to eject the tip.

Tips

Do not forget to reverse stroke. Otherwise, your first tube will have a lower volume of the desired liquid.

This repeater is very good. It makes the laboratory routine easier. The tips (combitips) are reusable but the new ones are very expensive.
