We have identified a class of ATPase inhibitors that show promise for treatment of ovarian cancer. We are currently evaluating what mechanisms, if any, may lead to resistance to theses ATPase inhibitors. We are measuring changes in protein expression in an animal model of drug resistance. I chose this product because of CST's reputation for reliable antibodies.

Good, clean bands (single bands). Very nice antibody for cadherins which can often cross-react with other members of the cadherin superfamily.
Excellent antibody, easy to use
Cost can be prohibitive
