We have identified a class of ATPase inhibitors that show promise for treatment of ovarian cancer. We are currently evaluating what mechanisms, if any, may lead to resistance to theses ATPase inhibitors. We are measuring changes in protein expression in an animal model of drug resistance. I chose this product because of CST's reputation for reliable antibodies.

Although only 1 of 7 samples exhibited bands, there was just a clean band observed at the correct molecular weight for vimentin (57 kDa).
Clean band observed on blots.
Nothing!
Excellent antibody, would highly recommend!
